Eleanor Duncan Nursing Scholarship
Each spring, the Conway Regional Health System Foundation awards scholarships to area students who are currently enrolled, or beginning their education, in a health related career field. Awards may be used for tuition, books, and room and board expenses. This scholarship was established in 2002 in memory of Eleanor Duncan by Conway Regional Health System oncology nurses to assist a Conway Regional Health System employee, or family member of an employee, with preference given to those pursuing a career in oncology nursing.

Elijah Nevins Kirkpatrick Scholarship
Vanderbilt University’s School of Nursing offers a number of full and partial internal scholarships. Full-time enrollment (12 hours per semester) is required to be considered for a scholarship award. Consideration for full scholarships and the amount of partial scholarship awards are based upon an individual's GPA and GRE, GMAT or other standardized test score. All awards are made through the School of Nursing Scholarship Committee according to the requirements of the funding source. This award is supported by the Frank Godchaux, III family in memory of Mr. Kirkpatrick, a Vanderbilt alumnus and father of Mrs. Godchaux. It is awarded annually to students demonstrating both exceptional merit and financial need.

Elizabeth Garde Nursing Scholarship
Organized in 1883, the Danish Sisterhood looks to strengthen,
maintain, and preserve the Danish heritage and traditions for the
future. The scholarship is given to one applicant who is a member
of the Danish Sisterhood of America (or the son or daughter of a
member) and is a post high school student or graduate student
seeking a degree in nursing or the medical profession.

Ellen Burge Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Scholarship
The Sinclair School of Nursing at University of Missouri offers a number of nursing-specific scholarships undergraduate clinical nursing majors and graduate students. A call for applications and announcement of awards is made each year during the spring semester for the following academic year. This scholarship is open to full-time students enrolled in the School of Nursing who are entering their senior year nursing practicum in a neonatal intensive care unit at University of Missouri Health Care.

Recognizing the importance of ongoing education and research opportunities in emergency nursing, ENA established the Foundation in 1991. The purpose of the Foundation is to enhance emergency health services available to the public through education and research. These two scholarships are awarded to emergency nurses (RN, LPN or LVN) pursuing advanced clinical practice degrees to become a nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist. ENA Foundation Faculty Memorial Doctoral Scholarship
Recognizing the importance of ongoing education and research
opportunities in emergency nursing, ENA established the Foundation
in 1991. The purpose of the Foundation is to enhance emergency
health services available to the public through education and
research. This scholarship is awarded to a nurse (RN)
pursuing a doctoral degree. This doctoral scholarship is
being offered with the intent of assisting its recipient to prepare
for a career as a faculty member at a college of nursing.
Applicants who are more than six months beyond the completion of
all formal coursework and comprehensive examinations, (if
applicable), are not eligible to apply. This scholarship is
intended to address some of the nursing shortage issues that result
from the lack of availability of nursing faculty.

ENA Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships
Recognizing the importance of ongoing education and research opportunities in emergency nursing, ENA established the Foundation in 1991. The purpose of the Foundation is to enhance emergency health services available to the public through education and research. These eight scholarships are awarded to nurses (RN, LPN, LVN) who are pursuing baccalaureate degrees in nursing. Funding is made possible through the generosity of the many ENA members, donors, and corporations who have contributed to the Foundation.

Eugene B. Casey Endowment for Nursing Scholarships
Suburban Hospital is a not-for-profit, community-owned hospital in Bethesda, Maryland that has served Montgomery County for more than 60 years. The Suburban Hospital Foundation was created in 1996 to serve as the fund-raising arm of the Suburban Hospital Healthcare System. This recently created endowment provides annual support for the undergraduate and advanced education of nurses. In return, newly graduated "Casey Scholars" will agree to work at Suburban Hospital Healthcare System, providing the hospital and its patients a much-needed supply of new caregivers.

Each facility of the Good Samaritan Society in Minnesota has
funding which is dedicated specifically for scholarships. The
