The Foundation of the National Student Nurses Association (FNSNA) was created in 1969 to honor Frances Tompkins, the Association's first Executive Director. Franks Foundation Scholarship

OSAC administers a variety of State of Oregon, Federal, and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education. This scholarship is open to graduating Oregon high school seniors or current Oregon college students majoring in nursing or theology.
