American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses Scholarship Program
These scholarships are awarded solely to applicants who are active members of ASPAN for two full years prior to the application deadline date and who are licensed RNs. They are designed to provide financial assistance to postanesthesia, preanesthesia, pain management, and ambulatory surgery nurses aspiring to enhance their abilities to contribute to the perianesthesia nursing community. AORN Foundation Baccalaureate Degree Scholarship
This scholarship is only available to AORN members. An AORN member is considered a licensed registered nurse (RN). AORN student members must complete the Nursing Student application. Since 1991, the AORN Foundation, through the AORN Scholarship Committee, has awarded funding for undergraduate and graduate education to AORN members who apply for scholarships and meet the established requirements. This award is offered to provide financial assistance to registered nurses who are interested and committed to perioperative nursing to continue their education by pursuing a baccalaureate degree in nursing.

AORN Foundation Nursing Student Scholarship
Since 1991, the AORN Foundation, through the AORN Scholarship Committee, has awarded funding for nursing scholarships. In 2001, a new category of scholarship was established to award funding to nursing students who are enrolled in educational programs leading to initial licensure as registered nurse. These applicants do not need to be members of AORN. Scholarship applicants must be enrolled at the time of application in a NLNAC- or CCNE- accredited nursing program.

Appalachian District Nurses Association Scholarship
This scholarship endowment is created by the Appalachian Nurses Association for the purpose of providing an annual scholarship for an Associate Degree, Baccalaureate or Higher Degree nursing student who either attends school in one of the four Appalachia District counties or is a permanent resident of those counties (Greenville, Anderson, Pickens and Oconee).
