OSAC administers a variety of State of Oregon, Federal, and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education. This one-time award is given to applicants who are residents of District 7, Oregon Nurses Association, Umatilla County (cities of Athena, Meacham, Milton-Freewater, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Ukiah, Weston) entering final year (last three quarters) of accredited nursing programs.
