OSAC administers a variety of State of Oregon, Federal, and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education.  This award is given to applicants who are graduates of high schools located in Douglas County, Oregon who are pursuing majors in medical, nursing, or health related fields at colleges or universities in Oregon.
