SEIU Nora Piore Scholarship Program

Because SEIU is both the health care workers' union and an organization founded by immigrants, the SEIU created the SEIU Nora Piore Scholarship, named after Nancy Piore, a union organizer, labor educator, college professor, health care economist, and as a health care activist who changed the face of public health in the United States.
