VA Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

 

Sponsor: Department of Veterans Affairs

The purpose of this fellowship program is to assist in the education and research development of doctoral level nurses for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Nation. During the 2-year full-time or 3 year part-time post-doctoral fellowship program, fellow will receive intensive training in research methodology and techniques and research experiences at a VA facility under the direct supervision of an established investigator. Research interests of the applicant must be relevant to the care of veterans. Fellows are encouraged but not required to seek VA employment after completion of the fellowship.
