Evelyn Johnson Entrekin Scholarship

 

Sponsor: South Carolina Nurses Foundation

This scholarship honors the late Evelyn Johnson Entrekin, a well known leader of public health nursing in South Carolina. She served with SCDHEC for over 20 years and led her district to become the first in the state to receive national accreditation. Funds for the Evelyn Johnson Entrekin endowment come from her estate and contributions are designated for individuals pursuing a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Award amount varies.
