Supplemental/Agency Nursing
Nurses in this field choose to work independently from one specific hospital or clinic. Instead, these nurses, either through their own diligence or by being represented by an agency, work "freelance", providing extra nursing care to hospitals or long-term care facilities when a facility's nurse staffing is low.
