The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) will host its 59th Annual Congress March 24-29, 2012 in New Orleans. The AORN Congress is a great opportunity to connect with approximately 10,000 nurses nationwide to discuss hot topics in the perioperative nursing specialty.
This year's meeting will offer more than 100 educational sessions on timely industry topics and provide valuable networking opportunities for all attendees. Bleich, PhD, RN, FAAN, who will share his experiences with shaping the Institute of Medicine (IOM) Future of Nursing report and what the report means for nursing.

American Association of Neuroscience Nurses 44th Annual Educational Meeting
The American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) 44th Annual Educational Meeting will be in Seattle from April 28-May 1. The conference gathers neuroscience nurses from across the country to exchange best practices in the field and offers dozens of concurrent sessions, paper and poster presentations, and expanded opportunities to earn continuing education.
This year's theme, "Collaboration: A Pathway to Success," will set the tone for conference dialogue and events throughout the weekend. Highlights of the 2012 conference include new session offerings for continuing education credit and more opportunities to network with fellow neuroscience nurses.
