American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees Family Scholarship Program
The American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Family Scholarship program was established for children and financially dependent grandchildren of active or retired full-dues-paying AFSCME members. Any student who applies must be a graduating high school senior and also an applicant to an accredited college or university. He or she must subsequently be accepted as a full-time student into a four-year degree program.
