The Arkansas Nurses Scholarship was established by the American Legion Auxiliary Department of Arkansas. The scholarship is for Arkansas students pursuing a career in health care occupations. The student must be attending an accredited, tax-supported institution in Arkansas that offers a certificate or degree program in health care occupations, be a U.S. citizen, and be a resident of Arkansas for at least one year.
