Bill and Mary Russell Health Care Scholarship Fund
The Bill and Mary Russell Health Care Scholarship Fund was established by the Heartland Foundation and Voiture 130 of the 40 & 8. The scholarship is for students from select counties in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska who are accepted and enrolled in an approved nursing or health care program.
