California State PTA Continuing Education Scholarships for School Nurses

The California State PTA Continuing Education Scholarship for School Nurses is for licensed registered nurses wanting to continue their education at Board of Registered Nurses-(BRN) approved institutions and/or providers. Applicant must be a licensed RN who has been employed as a school nurse in the California public schools during the preceding academic year, has a minimum of three years nursing experience in the public schools and a nursing contract for the current year, and plans to continue as a public school nurse. Applicant must also be a member of a PTA/PTSA unit in good standing and have an assignment in at least one PTA/PTSA school.
