Delaware Nursing Incentive Program

The Delaware Nursing Incentive Program was established by the Delaware Higher Education Commission. This program is open to legal residents of Delaware who are full-time students enrolled in an accredited nursing program leading to an RN or LPN. The program is a loan, renewable for up to three years, not to exceed the cost of tuition, fees, and other direct educational expenses. Loan forgiveness is available in exchange for work: one year of employment at a state-owned hospital or clinic forgives one year of your loan.
