Madeline Pickett (Halbert) Cogswell Nursing Scholarship
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), founded in 1890 and headquartered in Washington, DC, is a volunteer women’s service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America’s future through better education for children. This scholarship is a one-time award given to students who are accepted to and enrolled in an accredited school of nursing. Applicants must be members, descendants of members, or eligible for membership in NSDAR.
