Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic)    |    National

The Mary P. Oenslager Scholastic Achievement Awards were established by the Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic (now known as Learning Ally) in 1959. Nine blind or visually impaired seniors at four-year U.S. colleges and universities are awarded the scholarships for their extraordinary leadership, scholarship, enterprise, and service to others.
