North Dakota Board of Nursing Education Loan Program

This is a loan for North Dakota residents who are students in associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in nursing. It also is available to graduate nurse students pursuing a doctorate and nurses enrolled in a refresher course. The recipient must agree to repay the loan through nursing employment in the State of North Dakota. The repayment rate is one dollar per hour of employment. Faculty members on a full-time contract will receive 2,080 hours per year.
