The Oregon Student Access Commission administers a variety of State of Oregon, federal, and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education. This scholarship is awarded to applicants who are residents of Harney County, Oregon, who are entering at least their second year of nursing studies.
