The Oregon Nurses Association Smith Education Scholarship awards students enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate nursing program in Oregon. RN applicants must be members in good standing of the Oregon Nurses Association. Non-RN applicants must pledge to join the Oregon Nurses Association or a constituent member association of American Nurses Association upon registered nurse licensure.
