Virginia C. Phillips Scholarships

South Carolina Nurses Foundation    |    South Carolina

The Virginia C. Phillips Scholarship Fund was established in 1979 to honor Ms. Phillips, a nursing leader in South Carolina, whose contributions to nursing and public health nursing are many and varied. A scholarship is awarded each year to an undergraduate and a graduate nursing student committed to pursuing a career in community health nursing/public health nursing.
