Upload a Photo to Help Send a Student to Nursing School

July 2013

What if you could turn every photo into a way to do good? That’s the concept behind Donate a Photo, a new free app from Johnson & Johnson that turns every photo into a way to support a cause you care about. The new mobile app, available in the iPhone® app store, the Google Play market and at, allows users to select a cause they care about, take a photo, and then "donate" that photo to their chosen cause.

Give back to the future of nursing by selecting the Foundation of the National Student Nurses’ Association (FNSNA) when uploading your photo! From now until August 6, 2013, Johnson & Johnson will donate $1 to FNSNA for every photo uploaded to the cause.* You can donate one photo a day, every day to maximize the difference you make for nursing students. For every 1,000 photos donated, one student will be awarded with a $1,000 scholarship to nursing school. To date, more than 4,800 photos have been shared to help send five students to nursing school!

*Johnson & Johnson has curated a list of trusted causes, and you can donate a photo to one cause, once a day. Each cause will appear in the app until it reaches its goal, or the donation period ends. If the goal isn't reached, the cause will still get a minimum donation.
